Filmmaker Natasja Fourie looks at the complexity of relationships after the birth of a child in this beautiful experimental film. Fourie wished to explore "the representation of the mother figure as both a sexual being and a lifeline for her child" in the film while at the same time challenging "long-held stereotypes and sentimental views of motherhood by looking at the body and the identity of the mother".

Commissioned by NOWNESS, this film currently has over 100,000 views on Facebook and is one of their 'most-loved' videos.
